Nadim Malvat is a creative leader, designer and entreprenuer who has successfully merged the worlds of art, technology, design, and strategy across diverse industries such as Sports, Finance, Technology, Media, Health, Retail and Construction.

Nadim's 23-Year career spans Documentaries, Websites, Apps and Animations
Over the past decade in Xero, he has worked on a wide variety of projects, ranging from TVC campaigns and brand illustrations to UI design and animation. In addition, he has produced promotional content for international events and developed top-performing social media content, all while collaborating with diverse teams comprising designers, filmmakers, technologists, illustrators, animators, product designers and digital educators at Xero.
Throughout his tenure, Nadim has witnessed Xero's phenomenal growth, from its humble beginnings with just a few thousand subscribers in New Zealand to 3.5 million subscribers across 180 countries. Forbes identified Xero as the World's Most Innovative Growth Company in 2014 and 2015.
Before joining Xero, Nadim founded and creatively managed Origin8 Studios. During his time there, he worked on large-scale interactive projects for renowned brands such as Microsoft, Adobe, HP, Visa, KIA Motors, and Sony Television. His exceptional work during this period earned him several accolades, including being shortlisted for Cannes Direct Lion and winning multiple awards in direct marketing and online media.
At Origin8 Studios, he also led a talented team of engineers in designing and developing a cloud-based application system for managing a fleet of over 3000+ cars for the Department of Corrections in New Zealand. The app's success has resulted in it being adopted by other organisations in New Zealand, such as Auckland Council, Ministry of Social Development, Department of Conservation, and Department of Corrections.
Nadim's passion for creativity and innovation has been a driving force throughout his career. During his time at Contract Advertising(WPP Group company), he brought his creativity to the forefront while working with renowned brands such as Disney, Cadbury, HSBC, Asian Paints and Shoppers Stop.
Nadim graduated from Media Design School in Auckland, where he specialised in Motion Graphics and Visual Effects. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, specialising in System Analysis and Design.
